Chapters treatments are shipped on the 1st of each month, on checkout we will take payment for your first month, however, you won’t receive your first routine until the 1st. Subsequent months will be billed on the 26th of each month.
Subscriptions can be cancelled, paused at any time. We cannot provide refunds after the 27th of the month as your routine will have been created just for you
1. By registering an account with The Skin Diary, you agree to receive our skincare services and confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. You also agree that you are seeking our services for your personal use and not on behalf of another person.
2. Our treatment protocols are designed by a qualified team of UK-registered doctors, scientists, and pharmacists who have made evidence-based clinical decisions. These protocols are aimed at delivering optimal results while maintaining the medical oversight provided by The Skin Diary services.
3. The Skin Diary reserves the right to make changes to any and all treatment protocols based on the latest and most relevant scientific evidence.
4. Decisions to modify treatment protocols will be made solely by the relevant professionals who hold the clinical and legal authority to enact such changes.
5. We do not manufacture or sell pharmaceutical products directly. Instead, we offer medical consultations and provide medical prescriptions for prescribed skincare items. All prescribed pharmaceuticals are supplied by licensed UK pharmacies.
6. Products are prescribed by our medical practitioners following a consultation with each patient.
7. All pharmaceuticals come with detailed instructions for use. It is the responsibility of the patient to read and understand these instructions before using their prescribed products, and to follow any specific guidance provided by their medical practitioner.
8. The Skin Diary reserves the right to cease or withdraw treatment from any patient at any time. This decision may include advising a patient to discontinue prescribed treatment routines. Additionally, we may suspend access to a patient’s account at any time for violations of these Terms and Conditions.
9. Each individual may respond differently to medical treatment, and this variability must be considered when agreeing to a treatment protocol. We do not guarantee specific results and will always be transparent about realistic clinical outcomes. If, after consultation, we determine that it is not safe or appropriate to provide medical treatment, we will inform the patient promptly.
10. The Skin Diary does not offer refunds or exchanges for changes of mind, unexpected reactions, or previously undisclosed medical conditions. As our treatments are compounded specifically for each individual patient, they cannot be resold or reused after being returned. It is the responsibility of the patient to discuss any allergies or ingredient concerns with the attending physician and The Skin Diary team before proceeding with payment for treatment.
11. We reserve the right to adjust treatment protocols if new relevant medical information is disclosed. Such changes can be initiated by the patient via the website, email, text, phone call, or telehealth consultation, and should be communicated promptly upon receipt of new information. Patients are responsible for following their prescribed protocols and notifying us as soon as possible of any new medical information, such as pregnancy.
12. It is the responsibility of the patient to inform their personal healthcare providers about any treatment they receive from The Skin Diary. If requested, we can communicate with general practitioners or other healthcare providers to provide additional information regarding treatment decisions.
13. Our services are not intended for emergency use. In the event of an emergency, it is the responsibility of the patient to seek immediate medical assistance from a GP, hospital, or emergency services
