Chapters Routines

We aim to deliver Chapters on the 1st of each month, however, delays can occur due to public holidays and reasons outside of our control such as royal mail delays. 

Tracking

To track your parcel, please click on your tracking number at the top of the order confirmation email.

For Chapters prescription routines you will be sent a tracking number once your routine has been dispatched.

Additional Terms

1. We will arrange for the products you purchase to be delivered to the delivery address in the that you specify during the checkout process.

2. Delivery times referred to in the checkout are approximate only. We will take reasonable steps to deliver within the relevant time period however we do not guarantee delivery within these periods.

3. We do guarantee that unless there are exceptional circumstances (including stock availability issues) all deliveries of products will be delivered within 30 days following the date on which we confirm our acceptance of your order.

4. If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.

5. If no one is available at your address to take delivery and the products cannot be posted through your letterbox, a note will be left or a message sent to you informing you of how to rearrange delivery or collect the products from a local depot.

6. If after a failed delivery to you, you do not re-arrange delivery or collect them from a delivery depot we will contact you for further instructions and may charge you for storage costs and any further delivery costs. If, despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to contact you or re-arrange delivery or collection we may end the contract and we will refund the price paid by you for the undelivered products using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.

Non prescription routines

1 - Shipping

We ship throughout United Kingdom and Ireland. Orders made to any country outside of this will be cancelled. Note that the below timeframes assume that the weekdays listed are not public holidays. Where the order, and/or delivery date is a public holiday, delivery times will be extended.

  • Free standard shipping on all domestic orders (United Kingdom & Ireland) above 50£.

  • Standard shipping on all domestic orders below 50£ will be charged with £3.40

  • Delivery between 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday

  • Order will be shipped within 3-5 business days.

All purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit from the warehouse to your shipping address. Once your package has been delivered and signed for at your specified address, it is no longer covered. To ensure that your purchases arrive safely and in perfect condition, we require a signature as proof of delivery.
